When we started Pod Promise Prestige, every competitor offered three tiers: Basic, Standard, Premium. The names changed, the structure didn't. Clients told us they felt trapped — paying for mixing they didn't need, or missing transcripts they did.
We built our studio around a different principle: the client defines the scope, and the price follows the scope. Not the other way around. It's more work for us to quote this way. But it's fairer. And fairness builds the kind of relationships that last.
Common Questions About Our Pricing Model
▾ What if I don't know what I need yet?
That's exactly what the intake conversation is for. We'll walk through your goals, your existing setup, and your budget. Then we'll recommend specific line items. You're never pressured to add anything.
▾ Can I change my scope mid-month?
Yes. If you need to add or remove a service for a particular episode, we adjust the invoice accordingly. There's no penalty for changing your mind.
▾ Do you offer discounts for higher volume?
We offer efficiency-based reductions, not arbitrary discounts. If you produce eight episodes a month, our per-episode editing time naturally decreases because we know your show's rhythm. That saving passes to you in the scope document.
▾ Who owns the final audio files?
You do. Always. Masters, stems, raw recordings — everything we produce for you belongs to you. We keep working copies for convenience during active production, but you can request deletion at any time.
